Independent Foodservice & Hospitality Consultants (IFHC) is a non-profit consortium of professional foodservice consultants. The primary aim of the group is to promote the use of professional, independent design and management consultants in all aspects of the foodservice and hospitality industry.
IFHC provides a forum for professional consultants to liaise with other industry bodies in the development and promotion of standards, guidelines, specifications and legislation relating to the design, implementation and operation of foodservice and hospitality establishments.
IFHC does not accept sponsorship from any manufacturer, contractor or supplier in the running of the organisation.
All IFHC consultants are independent which means they are not affiliated to, or associated with, any manufacturer, contractor or any other industry supplier. The consultants solely work on a fee basis directly with the client.
